Salmond Speaks Out ... But Not About Hollie Greig

First Minister Alex Salmond has called for prosecutions in a matter which has been brought to his attention even although the police investigation has barely started.

Unfortunately he is not talking about the Hollie Greig case but the News Of The World phone hacking scandal. The only similarity between the two cases appears to be that the initial police investigation in both instances was woefully inadequate.

The phone hacking allegations are extremely serious but it is important to remember that they are only allegations at this stage. As serious as they are, they pale into significance compared to the allegations made by Hollie Greig and the wider implications of the failure to investigate them and the subsequent treatment of Hollie, her mother Anne, myself and others who will not accept this state of affairs.

Yet still Alex Salmond sticks his head in the sand like the proverbial ostrich. His office now claims that crucial coorespondence has "gone missing".

  1. Just want to say that you are doing a great job and that I pray for justice in this case, Hollie deserves justice as do all of the thousands of other victims who have suffered abuse at the hands of the British establishment.

  2. Never have I seen such a media frenzy over phone hacking - the press, tv, radio, can't stop talking about it. Police and politicans caught out for the corrupt villians many of them are.

The problem being invasion of privacy by illegal means.

What about the henious illegal invasion of privacy, the utterly inconceivable illegal violation of innocent childrens body and mind that the establishment child rapists have been allowed to get away with?

Lets all 'look the other way, better to do than to face the reality that at the core of government are depraved and wicked monsters - the stuff nightmares are made of.

Keep up the good work Robert, many are standing beside you, Hollie and Anne. Take good care.
